摘要:
二维过渡金属硫属化合物包括硫化物,硒化物和碲化物三大类。它们数量众多且表现出铁磁、铁电、超导等多种奇特的物理性质,在诸多包括光电传感器,高性能电子器件等领域有着潜在的应用价值。本报告主要聚集新型二维材料的合成与性质研究。报告内容包括:1)高质量、大面积二维材料的合成,特别的介绍二维材料合成的普适性方法 - 熔盐辅助化学气相沉积技术制备多种新型二维材料;2)二维材料平面和垂直异质结构的构筑和性质研究;3)新型二维铁磁/超导(如Fe3GeTe2)等的合成与性质研究.
